Please make sure you have all the relevant uniform and you are aware of how to have your hair!
Time table for the 2nd December is now finalised and the 9th December is to follow.

Mardi Gras Challenge 2012

GOOD LUCK to our Company who will be competing at Mardi Gras Challenge this Saturday at London's Sadlers Wells Theatre.

They will be performing Schindler's List and competing against 30 other groups from all over the country.

Please note: There are NO classes this Saturday 10th November due to all the teachers travelling to London for the competition.

Final Show details:

Friday Evening:

Please be at the theatre at 5pm. 

This will give us a bit more time before show starts to get settled into our dressing rooms.

Show start: 7pm

Finish: 9.30pm approx

Saturday:

Please be at the theatre at 12.00 noon

Show start matinee : 2pm

Finish: 4.30pm approx

Dinner Break 

Show start evening: 7pm

Finish: 9.30pm approx

All performers must remain in the theatre throughout Saturday.

No friends and family allowed backstage unless they are designated chaperones.

You may leave your costumes in the dressing room between the Friday and Saturday shows.

Please do not leave any valuables.

All costumes should be clearly marked with the child's name. The easiest way to keep your costumes organised is to bag each number in individual plastic bags and keep them in a plastic box again clearly labelled with the child's name. It is also a good idea to attach the running order to the box with the numbers highlighted that your child is in. This will not only help the performer but the chaperones who are looking after them

Hair for all shows should be in straight back bun ( side parting bun for Company, Sparks and Ballet Grade 5+)Please ensure that your hair is done before your arrival to the theatre.

Finale Wear:

Black leggings or Jazz Pants

Yellow Souvenir Show T-shirt ( you will be given this on show day)

Bare feet

Please bring plenty of food and drink for Saturday 

NO chocolate as it will melt all over the costumes

NO food containing nuts as we have some performers with nut allergies.

This Tuesday 4-5pm at Sale Waterside.
Please have all your costumes, shoes and accessories with you and hair in a neat bun!
